ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS & PLATFORM SCOPE

These Terms of Use govern your access to and utilization of Broad-noorr, including all proprietary search indexes, reservation mechanisms, curated hospitality listings, and informational directories. By interacting with our digital interfaces, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal authority to enter into contractual agreements.

Broad-noorr provides an advanced reservation mediation and hospitality directory platform. We facilitate direct accommodations procurement between registered travelers and accredited hotel entities. We reserve the full prerogative to refine, alter, or terminate service components at any time without retroactive obligation.

RESERVATION POLICIES & ACCURACY OBLIGATIONS

Every reservation submitted through the platform requires complete, truthful, and up-to-date guest credentials. You are explicitly prohibited from submitting speculative, deceptive, or duplicate holding reservations. Any identification discrepancies at hotel check-in remain the exclusive responsibility of the reserving party.

A confirmation itinerary issued by Broad-noorr reflects firm supplier authorization. However, room allocations, special requests (such as bedding arrangements, floor preferences, or early check-in allowances), and specific architectural views remain subject to final property inventory upon arrival unless explicitly marked as guaranteed.

RATES, CURRENCY & PAYMENT PROCESSING

Rates displayed represent calculated totals inclusive of applicable room tariffs, estimated municipal charges, and platform processing levies as designated at the moment of reservation. Mandatory municipal tourist taxes, environmental contributions, or incidental security deposits payable on-site are itemized clearly prior to booking finalization.

We utilize validated, encrypted payment processing channels. In instances of foreign currency conversion, rates reflect approximate current interbank calculations; your issuing card provider may apply distinct conversion or international transaction surcharges that remain independent of Broad-noorr.

CANCELLATION RULES, MODIFICATIONS & REFUNDS

Each listing is categorized by explicit cancellation tiers prior to checkout:

Approved refunds are disbursed to the original payment instrument within 5 to 10 standard business days following formal cancellation processing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & OPERATIONAL INDEMNITY

Broad-noorr exercises rigorous due diligence in validating hotel amenity standards and photographic representations. However, to the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we disclaim liability for on-site property disruptions, facility maintenance downtime, force majeure weather occurrences, or personal losses suffered at vendor locations.

Our total aggregate liability for any direct operational error originating solely within our booking gateway shall not exceed the total transaction amount paid to us for the disputed reservation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROPRIETARY ASSETS

All structural design schemas, interface components, vector icons, typographic arrangements, and compiled database listings hosted on Broad-noorr are protected by copyright, trademark, and unfair competition regulations. Automated scraping, data harvesting, frame exploitation, or deep linking without express written authorization is prohibited.
